How is Florida PACE different from a HELOC or credit card?
Florida PACE is designed specifically for eligible energy-efficient home improvement projects, while a HELOC and a credit card are more general borrowing tools.
A HELOC lets you borrow against your home equity, usually with a variable interest rate, and many lenders require strong credit, solid income and enough home equity.
