Judicial Validation is an amicable legal process wherein the Agency is seeking the Court’s approval that the Agency is legally authorized to provide its contemplated services. In addition, in obtaining judicial validation, the Agency has:

• Ensured that any local government in Florida that has an Interlocal agreement with the agency is protected from all liability associated with Agency assessments

• Ensured that despite future changes in related law, the assessments that have been placed are secure and valid
