Why did I receive an Assessment Installment Bill from Florida PACE Funding Agency?
Why did I receive an Assessment Installment Bill from Florida PACE Funding Agency?
While our PACE assessments are usually billed through your property tax bill, this year, there was a dispute with several county Tax Collectors who refused to put those on the tax bill.
We are hopeful we will get that dispute resolved so that the subsequent year’s assessments will appear on your tax bill. However, for the 2024 annual assessment, we have mailed you an Assessment Installment bill to pay.

The Assessment Installment bill you received in the mail will contain a payment coupon (the bottom portion of the form). Please include that payment coupon with your check.

We have included a pre-addressed envelope to assist you with the mailing. Should you wish to wire the funds instead, you will also see banking instructions on the form to assist you with that.
