Find out if your home’s location and project qualify. (Hundreds of areas and project types do!) Submit an application and get a pre-approval in minutes.

Select Your Preferred Contractor

If you qualify, we’ll provide you with our list of PACE-approved contractors so you can hand-select who works on your home improvement project.

Step 3

Florida PACE Authorizes Your Contractor’s Payment

Your preferred contractor will get started with your home-improvement project and won’t be paid until you notify us of its completion, as well as your satisfaction with the results of your project.

Make Fixed Payments as Outlined in Your Plan

Your fixed payments will appear on your annual property tax bill at a fixed rate. There are no adjustments to interest rates, no balloon payments and no prepayment fees.

Is Pace Financing Available in Your Area?

As of July 1, 2024, the Florida Legislature requires each County to approve PACE financing before it can be offered to residents. Many counties and cities have already approved this program, and we are actively working to expand availability across the state.
